"For the price it’s a good place to stay for up to a few nights if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The grounds were also clean but the driveway and parking lot need some work. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only downside was that the walls are somewhat thin because we could hear the TV playing in the adjacent room all night."

"I stayed here while attending a funeral and overall the stay was not bad. The staff was very kind and welcoming during a difficult time, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was very spacious and clean. One thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs may be difficult for some guests. I did experience some allergies during my stay due to dust in the room, but aside from that, the experience was decent overall."

"I had an accessible room which was the best I had had anywhere. It was large and had plenty of space to maneuver around with my rollator even to the toilet ! It had a low tub with bars on the wall and a seat. The only thing missing, and I pointed it out, was a bar to hold onto to step into the tub. With this bar in place I will always go back to my favorite room at the Courtyard for Marriott in Hadley to enjoy the Amherst Symphony Orchestra performances."

"Property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen area was a bit cramped in comparison to other Hampton Inn's but not a deal breaker. Dining area was sufficient."

"We were kept up by other guests arguing outside of our room. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving to go out for dinner. It was very uncomfortable and loud. Very vulgar language and I was afraid to complain for fear of retaliation. Security is lacking"
