"I believe this hotel is only a couple years old, but its public spaces were in poor shape, with worn carpets and foul odors in the hallway. Our room was not as bad though it was modest size-wise. The beds were comfortable. Not too much noise even though we had a first floor room."

"Yes. The kitchen area was ok. There was no cold water, the toilet wouldn't fill up. My daughter and I had to use a bucket to refill it. Also, people left bags of trash outside the Trash Room. As of next week, this establishment will no longer be in business. I feel terrible for the guests and the staff. Thank you. "

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was delicious, but it was hard to really get enjoy the atmosphere because it was freezing cold in the lobby/lounge area where the bar and restaurant are located. Many guests complained and we were told that it was because of the dampness outside and then we were told it was because of the pool which is located right next to the bar area. This issue interfered with our ability to socialize with our family and friends the entire weekend. Therefore we won’t be having our annual Spring gathering there next year. In the service industry the customer is always right in most cases and when you receive multiple complaints about the same issue it should be addressed immediately, not brushed aside with different excuses."

"Staff member checking us in and answering phone was brusque, not very friendly, but otherwise stay was very good. Room was large, beds and pillows comfortable, everything clean and in good working order; breakfast adequate. Will stay again. Chili’s, Turtle Tavern, gas, and Dunkin’ all nearby."

"Had to switch rooms because there was hair and grime in the tub. Giant wet spot on the first floor just outside the room we got moved into. Not the best but not the worst either. May not book again though."

"It looks like a hotel that was high end way back in the day, but its strughling to hang on. I had to get my own hand soap etc.at the front desk. I booked 2 queen beds but was put in a king room. Bed was clean and comfortable though. Im glad my teenager was ok to share. Only one elevator was working for 7 floors and it was just barely working. Not a lot of explanations or information from staff eg: you have to swipe your room key when you press your floor button or the elevator will just go back down to the lobby. You also have to press door open when you reach your floor or you will go back down. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful view of the city at night."
