"The parking is easily accessible and the air conditioning worked well. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room cleanliness was just ok. The pool looks nice but we didn't use it. Allowing pets was great and there is a very nice grass area for pets. They also supply animal was bags This stay was a lot better than my previous stay just a few weeks ago. The location was not bad for going to the Mayo Clinic and there were restaurants and grocery stores not far away. The area is a bit sketchy but we haven't experienced and issues."

"I gave it two stars because the staff was friendly. That was good, because after two requests and during the four day stay, our room was never made up or cleaned. We had to get our own towels and TP. There were no bugs, but I’m surprised with a large gap around the door, which also let in smoke from those standing outside smoking.The bedding was clean despite the old cigarette burn holes in the sheet and blanket. Floor was dirty. bathroom was dirty."

"The water park is a sad joke. The rooms are really old, the newly remodeled ones just have new paint. Do not stay here. Unless old sad 3 star hotels are your thing. Nothing is clean. We spoke to the manager and the manager says the owners don’t care about this place!"
