"The check-in process was ridiculous. It was like being in line at the airport.The entire building had a strange odor. The sofa in my suite was dirty and had cup stains on the armrest. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low that you have to flush 2 to 3 times."

"The room that I was given did not look at all like the pictures shown on the website. Pool was great."

"Water was coming up through the floorboards but they let us change rooms. Fun hotel so expect there to be movement and noise during the day. "
