What a pleasant surprise after some crappy hotels in Atlanta and Houston! Mega friendly and efficient staff, free food & drinks when I arrived (really nice too!) and a clean, comfortable room with really good aircon. Can’t fault the place, I was really not expecting somewhere so nice for the money I paid. Keep up the great work!

Hotel is quite nice, quite modern IHG hotel brand, appears to be quite new from Reception etc... Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Room is modern, nice bed and clean with good showers and toiletries. Enough space and very clever storage and charge points. Strange pillows which were too soft and a loud AC unit which even when off was still making noises. Breakfast: Very good, egg white omelette on some days, Bagels, a little bit of fruit, yoghurt, hot drinks, Cereal,...

Excellent location to the I-35 and to surrounding shops. The studio room was perfect for our stay (14 nights) and had everything we needed including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and tea/coffee maker. The washing facilities were good and used them a few times, it is $2 each for the washing machine and tumble dryer and only takes quarters which you can get at the reception.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I am in the area.

Great service in the Texture bar, made my stay very welcoming. Irma was a breath of fresh air and always smiling.

Room well equipped, large and clean. Staff leave you and the room alone to get on with your stay. Property well connected to nearby highways. Outside patio/yard area would benefit from some more seating.

I stayed for SXSW. As budget hotels go, it's definitely value for money. The location didn't matter as I was jumping an Uber into town every morning. Breakfasts were great. 24 hour tea and coffee. Safe and clean. I'll stay again.
