"Room appeared clean until u were met with the roaches. Asked to be moved and i was put in another room on opposite side but same building. Told another staff member of the situation and i was told thanks for letting me know. Sorry we cant spray until room is unoccupied. I tried to get help from expedia but their attempt to "try" was slim and i was told sorry cant reach them ur out of luck. Since i was waiting for my refund from the other hotel and just paid out another big amount for this hotel i was exhausted of all funds to change to another hotel. "

"The place was not as described. Place was disgusting. I entered room and it was gross. Condom on the floor, pee in toilet, and room smelled of weed and cigarettes. The 2nd room he tried was not put together pillows off couch and still smelled. The front desk guy was very polite and apologized numerous times. "
