"Great location, within walking distance perhaps 10-12 minutes, if you are going to the princess light show. Toddler loved the kid pool play area. "

"The room itself was nice. The pool area was wonderful. The breakfast was very basic. My only complaint is that there isnt room darkening covers over the windows and there is sooooo much light coming into the room all night long. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of the day."

"Someone stole my husband's sweatshirt from his room, which was left behind in the closet and has not yet been recovered or turned in to lost and found. I know that no one stayed in the room the night after he left because I spoke with the front desk. Terrible customer service at this hotel. I was told I would be called back and have yet to receive a call-back from anyone there. I was put on hold for a long time this am when I called for a second time. Sad, as the hotel was extremely expensive for one night and just a terrible experience all around. This was a special item to my husband, even if it didn't appear important to others. "
