"Beautiful property, very clean. Food at the restaurants were great. Large property which was very spread out. For my older mom, we figured out we could call have get a golf cart pick up to the main pool and restaurants. This wasn’t communicated at check in but we asked."

"Our reservation we had for a suite was not honored. They moved us into a double room because they had a group function there that took our suite I believe. They did move us into the suite for the last 2 days of our stay. The staff did a commendable job managing the snafu. IWRH is an historical landmark worthy of a stay. It's age (~70 years) shows but that's a plus in a real sense. Lucy and Desi's Western Hills Hotel is still alive. Weekend cabaret show dinners are a nostalgic treat."

"Great value for an ideal downtown location. After a wonderful renew several years ago it may be time for some refresh of some areas. Elevators are particularly shabby. Coffee station is cramped. No space for getting coffee ready."
