"This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations. The room was nice. More facilities, and the price was cheaper than some other hotels too. If you don't think it's a love hotel, avoid hitting some cable channels here's a great choice for you!
The bad point is the hotel located in a bit far from town (but you still can catch a Hungyu line train to town from the nearest station from the hotel.) and also a bit far from the train station (by walk about 1 km or about 10-15 mins from train station to hotel.)

It’s ok for a overnight before your flight. It’s a tired hotel and really need updating but it’s secure and comfortable. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is adequate! It’s easy to get to with either shuttle or walk through the pathway of the car parks to the hotel

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

Exactly like the pictures. All the necessary facilities for the families or groups. Had the 2 kids in the bunk above 2 double beds. Staff very helpful. Can leave luggage if u arrive early or have a later flight. Allowed earlier check in or later checkout if possible. Great location.
