10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Everything was convenient, and the overall experience was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!"

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic location! We only had one night there so I don't have a lot to say. The hotel is clean but older. The water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable but I didn't love the pillows. The bar outside was delightful w the fire pit but make reservations."

Bluedaws Private Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed with my family including 3 children for 3 nights and was really happy with my stay. The staff are very helpful and always polite and welcoming. Great location in Paddington close to the train/underground station and shops, restaurants etc. Room was basic but met needs with most importantly being clean with clean towels, room service everyday of our stay. We all liked the breakfast which had a choice of cereal for the kids and Bacon/Eggs. Thanks again to the staff who work really hard and provide excellent service. Would recommend and stay again."

Royal National Hotel

8/10 Good

"The outside of the building and stairwells are a bit 'tired' looking BUT the foyer entrance was well maintained and the room was very clean. I am very particular about the type of pillow I use so I take my own everywhere I go therefore for me, THE most impressive thing was how comfy the pillows were in the room. That's a first for me in many years of travelling! I had read some reviews saying it was noisy so my friend and I had requested a QUIET (twin) room and were given just that. No outside noise at all even with the window open so a great night's sleep with the comfortable beds spaced on opposite sides of the room rather than side by side. On entering the building, staff were plentiful, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. It reminded me of an airport; constantly busy yet running like clockwork. The pub, pizza place / cafe were literally on the doorstep and there were plenty of eateries within walking distance. It's ideally situated for local buses and tubes to get around London as well as St. Pancras / King's Cross Stations. If I need to stay that side of London in the future I will definitely use this hotel again, plus it was cheaper than our usual Travelodge / Premier Inn stays and had good (free) WiFi!"

Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria

10/10 Excellent

"I booked a twin room for my daughter & I to share. It was perfect. Plenty of space for 2 people. Wardrobe had plenty of hangers and the bathroom had plenty of space for all our bits & pieces! Our room was spotless and it was nice to have the option of different pillows. The air conditioning was preset but it was easy to change this to our preferred temp. I really liked the option to not have our bedlinen or towels changed. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t necessary to wash / change these - so much better for our planet! The towels were very thick and plush!! The shower was so powerful and easy to regulate. We appreciated the green tea options in our room which were replaced regularly too. The buffet breakfast was amazing & faultless. So much choice. Everything so fresh and frequently replaced. Excellent staff and so friendly when we asked for help. Great location for a trip to London. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
