"Need to have a bigger shuttle bus or run more than one on a day you have several people arriving. The driver was being pulled in several directions because several customers were calling the hotel after waiting more than 30 mins to be picked up. To much for one driver/shuttle."

"Smells like cigarette inside "

"As soon as we came out of the elevator it stunk like cigarette smoke on the entire floor and in our bedroom. The smell was so strong in the carpets and curtains, it was pretty gross. The shuttle to Universal was really convenient, and the food in the courtyard was good. The movies playing at the pool was a really fun idea although it was too cold at night. "

"Room was dirty, air conditioning doesn't work, poor options for breakfast "

"2.5/5 the room was big but the sleep quality sucked, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and it was loud above us and there was construction. The sofa bed was horrible so us 3 had to sleep in one bed. Don't add this in the review but it sucked so bad because there was 3 people on one bed. I kept sleep kicking and elbowing them both and it also woke me up when I did it. I woke up like 10 times from so much stuff"

"Clean and nice rooms"

"Very nice stay for a quick overnight before catching a flight. Andrea, Juan, Leo and Ford were fantastic. Runway on 16 lounge was a fun place to spend an evening. Room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. "
