"Fabulous stay for my son’s 8th birthday. Only thing I could think of that we didn’t like is the indoor pool was not heated like it stated on the website. "

"Yes it was fresh. The main hall was full so i was asked to use the second hall. I didn't like that the staff with a whole rack of laundry stood right in front of me chit chatting with another colleague at a very loud voice. I felt disappointed and disrespected and i left i went to have breakfast in my room. If you choose to use that hall you should instruct your staff to be mindful and respectful of guests who are looking to have their breakfast in peace"

"The room was very clean..The staff were very pleasant and check in was easy with No issues.. We were in Room 1618 and would like to say the view of The Falls was amazing ! The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Parking Fee of $50 Canadian per night.. This is the first time I’ve ever had to pay for parking at a Hotel that I’m staying at. "

"The rooms are spacious, modern and clean as is the whole property. It is conveniently located near the outlets as well as a variety of great dining options. The front desk staff are super friendly. The price is very reasonable. The breakfast - while nothing wrong with it - is your typical hotel continental breakfast. "
