Cozy hotel, nice styling, great rooftop bar, comfy big bed. Amazing location.
Would stay again.
Very small rooms, so not for all people.
Rooftop bar had different (less) opening hours than advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special mention goes to James, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel is also in a great location for Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and all the main attractions.
It was also great to be able to help ourselves to coffee and snacks throughout the day, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Breakfast did get quite busy around 9:00 am, and the food options...

I stayed in several hotels over my stay in New York but this is the one I enjoyed the most. The location, close to Korea Town, was vibrant and very central. A tall building, it provides lovely views on its upper floors. There's a bar at the top and the hotel itself had an upbeat, sociable vibe even though my stay was near the start of a week. The room was very clean, nicely designed with a big bathroom. Price wise it compared remarkably well to similar hotels and I felt immediately welcome and...

Amazing location and facilities. Staff are amazingly pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. Some refreshment of paint and decoration would be an advantage but great place to stay.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted so warmly by Carlos and the rest of the staff to when we left the level of service was excellent, nothing was an issue for any member of staff who were all courteous ensuring any questions you had were handled in a totally professional but more importantly a very friendly manner.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. Central location and enough space to fit a 9 month old baby. All the staff were so lovely especially the cleaning and maintenance staff who always said hello to our little one and were really kind.
Great turn down service and loved the daily coffee replenishments which were very much needed!
Could hardly hear other hotel guests or the lifts. The windows had great sound proofing and when it was a tad warm (we were there early October) the fresh...
