My husband and I spent 6 nights here. The only problem we had, one of the guests, that was in the room next to us was smoking (so rude & disrespectful) when the hotel clearly in-force a ‘no smoking’ rule. It was clean, quiet, quaint, easy going, and in the perfect location. The staff, Val, Tracy, and Shontel were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and VERY attentive. I’m glad I read a lot of the reviews and decided to book with Hotel Hayden. Looking forward to rebooking here again. We loved it!

The hotel was not accommodating at all after trying for weeks (when not fully booked). It was run down and poorly upgraded. The bathroom had 1/2 a shower door and no curtain so every time a shower was taken water was everywhere. Not worth the price.

The air conditioner in the room was broke. Was told no other rooms available. Asked if we left to another hotel would we be charged. I was told no manager on duty to answer that question until the next day. Only accommodation they made was taking the resort fee off and bottled water for the first night. Second night we were moved to another room and enjoyed that stay. Apparently the maintenance guy said the air is a problem always in the room we were booked into

Great location, staff was very friendly and room was in good shape. Didn't like the cold shower we had to take in the morning, and disappointed the bar and restaurant were both closed.

Stayed three nights. No A/C the entire time. Had two rooms and neither had air. conditioning. It was near 90 in our room first night. It was unbearable could not sleep. The front desk was keeping a list of all the rooms complaining of no air-conditioning. They said they would have it fixed nothing ever happened and they never followed up with us. It could be a nice hotel, but clearly they have let it run down and have no control over their facilities. I have requested a partial refund, but received no response.

The room was dirty. Specifically the bathroom floor/counter and shower. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Too bad cause it’s in a great location.
