    Small Hotel but it was perfect for our weekend trip to NYC. The staff, female at the front desk was very nice and polite when we checked in. Loved that they had lite snacks for guest to grab. Will stay again in the future.

    We were a little worried since it doesn’t have a 24 hour front desk, but the hotel was beautiful, clean, and felt completely safe and secure! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

    If you are looking for a real NYC feel then I highly recommend checking in to a room here. 25 minute walk to time square and plenty of shopping and coffee shops. Friendly staff and great rooms.

    This property was nothing like it was advertised. We reserved a room for 4 nights at least a month in advance. When we got there the A/C didn’t work correctly. My husband went the 5 flights down to talk to management. When the gentleman came up he said someone was coming the next day to fix it. So, obviously they already knew. It was 98 degrees in NYC!! Also, don’t believe the offer of early check-in. I asked the day we booked and they told me to call back the day of arrival. On the day of arrival, they put us off until check-in. We couldn’t stand the heat, so left that night and checked out the next night. The Chelsea Inn charged us for all 5 nights even though we checked out. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!
