The room smells terrible (humidity). The A/C wasn't working properly. We were waiting for the A/C to cool down but the smell and no air made us to call Front desk at 4 am. They said they were going to send somebody, Nobody came and we went to the Front desk to ask for another room and the lady said: We are fully booked, I just can give you a FAN! Wow! Never again!

The staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us to take care of the check-in paperwork ahead of time. The room was clean and a good size. My only complaint is the shower as the water pressure was awful. Everything else was perfect, and I'll definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

Good value property. Friendly staff. Nicely apportioned rooms. Clean. Comfortable bedding. Older property with room decor feeling old/ dated. Excellent location for public transit (Columbus circle station) and walking to Central Park, Times Square. Extremely reasonable valet parking rates. Slow elevators and busy property. Would recommend and stay again.
