I especially appreciate the friendliness of the staff. There is not a hotel in the world in this price range, in my humble experience, that can compare with Novotel Kolkata. We will definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is over all good but the things can be better. The menu in the restaurant is limited. It doesn't serve stuffed Parathas, almond and wall nut in breakfast. It doesn't show any business channel on TV. Staff is good and caring at all touch points. "

"The entire place is filthy, bad experience. Our luggage was taken by them in a different elevator and we were still in the check in area. Not happy with that move at all. Checkout took us forever, too many questions. "

"The bathroom was pretty dirty and Stinky. Despite of requesting a queen bed they have given a room by sticking two Single bed keeping next to each other . It was very difficult to make the infant sleep in the middle due to the gap."
