"On Thursday, March 26th, our group had reservations at another location in Nashville and planned to attend the One Up cheer competition. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed, and we waited two hours for a rental car, only to discover issues with our reservation. By early Friday morning, at 1 am, two women and two teenage daughters were searching for hotel accommodations in Nashville. After three hours of driving and contacting every hotel within a thirty-minute radius, we were unsuccessful in finding a room. Upon arriving at La Quinta at Stadium in Nashville at 4 am, we were exhausted and uncertain about our prospects. Although there were no vacancies, the night shift staff member, Donella, displayed exceptional warmth and kindness. She greeted my daughter, empathized with our situation, and worked diligently with us to explore alternative options. Half an hour later, she informed us that we could take a room reserved by someone who did not arrive. Donella’s outstanding service ensured our stay from Friday until Tuesday was comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodations were clean, the pool was excellent, and breakfast provided was of high quality. We are grateful for her assistance and the overall hospitality at La Quinta."

"Completely self managed technologically advanced marvel. Unique and memorable. Self accessed free storage lockers were a godsend. Easy walk to the bus stop and quick $3 ride to Downtown. Interactive HD TV, hundreds of channels. If ever wanting to see a band at Basement East again would book at the Russell in a heartbeat."

"A cheap place to stay - you get what you pay for. Exterior doors that have wide cracks even when closed, trash piled up around the overflowing trash can in the hall, missing baseboards, a refrigerator/freezer that wasn’t working the first day, no cups or anything in the mini kitchen, no coffee maker, cheap scratchy linens - to name a few issues. One plus - the hot breakfast did include a pancake station, eggs (powdered I’m sure), mini roasted potatoes and some kind of really flat sausage(?) patties. But no bowls for the cereal, only one flavor of tea bag and something called maple flavored pancake topping. "

"This place was awful. Peeling paint in the room. Empty / dead plant pots all around the front entrance. One Uber driver told us do not walk around here at night. Only 2 towels for 2 nights which is ok to let them dry but, come on. When I asked about coffee, I was told there was a coffee pot in my room... UM, NO There wasn't. When we got back to our room the 2nd night, the card wouldn't work. Thankfully, it was cool enough that we didn't have to mess with the A/C."
