Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location with lots to do in the resort and facilities to go explore the rest of the island. The resort is absolutely huge with 5 pools, 5 restaurants and a few bars. It is located on Kata Noi beach which is a bit isolated meaning most of the visitors to the beach will be from the resort and so it was comparatively quiet on the beach. Staff are excellent friendly and so helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfasts cater for all European and Asian and delicious. Plenty to do at the hotel too

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

Positives: This is an amazing resort. It is a bit dated but they have remodelled recently, making it like new. The exclusive beach makes it the best in Phuket. The price is high. But well worth it. Room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Spa is very good. Swimming pool is great. You can spend all day in the clean beach with soft white sand and blue smooth waters. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and had a big spread. Negatives: Restaurants are pricey. Better to book room...

The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in Patpong. Breakfast is varied fresh and delicious, all employees are very nice welcoming and helpful!! Every request is immediately responded. The pool on the roof is very nice and cool. We also had dinner at the restaurant. There’s also a bar restaurant with live music which is really nice!!

This is our third visit in three years. The best features are the private pool villas, breakfast and wonderful staff.

We first stayed at the Hilton Arcadia some years ago but were pleased to return. Every member of staff was welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly return.

Loved this hotel. I'd call it hip chic. Room was small but that didn't bother us. It's in a great location so we were able to walk everywhere. Don't book a taxi through the hotel. They charge you extra. Easy to find a taxi right outside.

Great hotel in old town, lots of restaurants nearby, easy walk to bus terminal. Staff very welcoming, room clean & spacious, fast WiFi. Only very minor gripe was inconsistent water pressure on the shower. Overall, very pleasant place to stay!

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Charming, friendly, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location in the heart of the old town. The staff couldn't do enough for you. There was a good mix of good restaurants nearby and we were centrally located for trips around the island. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend the case blanca hotel

Great room, very nice beach. It is a bit far from Pattong(30 minute taxi ride) but it is not a real problem. I particularly like the fact they drive you directly to your room and process your entrance there. Very efficiently
