Right in the middle of Patong Beach. Probably the only hotel in Patong with direct access to beach. Beautiful trees, garden and pool area.

Hotel location is the best, steps from the city centre and from the beach. Housekeeping not so good, they just did the bed and tidy-up the bathroom, no swiping the floors or dust cleaning. Breakfast should have more variety of fruits (only 3 types, watermelon, Pineapple and Papaya with the choice of just 2 each day). The service needs some improvement or better training, almost every morning I had to ask for the coffee to be served. Outdoor sun umbrellas and bases in need of replacing or refurbishment. In general I did like the hotel but it needs some updates in some areas aswell better training on their satff.

Rooms were spacious but not what i paid for. They combined two twin beds to make a pretend king bed because they had no more they said. But we paid for a king bed as our anniversary. They did not give us any special requests we had for our anniversary. We requested ocean view even if we paid and they did not give to us. No music, no bar, breakfast staff was rushing us everyday. The only nice people was security. The atmosphere was horrible.

I would have given 5 starts but for the check-in experience a d staff behavior on the last day. I booked a room with bathtub but wasn't provided at checkin. Only after expressing my displeasure, they changed me to a room with bathtub. I don't understand why would they do that if they have such rooms available. Unfortunately that room had a leaking roof which they fixed upon following up for 2 days. Next, i asked for the pool towels which were not replaced. On the last day, during checkout, the staff doesn't believe and was adamant that the house keeping replaced the pool towels. The look of the staff and his behavior was not at all welcoming. I offered him to check my entire luggage if he doesn't believe me. He says ok but don't believe me. Except for these experiences, the resort is at a wonderful location and has a pvt access to beach. really loved the location. u can easily walkup to bangla road, restaurants etc

Great location, breakfast and staff. Pillows a little too big/firm for me. Main thing is to stop using tiny shampoo bottles - please make some effort to reduce plastic waste!
