We really enjoyed our stay at Ya Nui! Gabriel and his staff took excellent care of us. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It included a full size apartment style fridge and the ability to cook. The bed was comfortable and there were comfortable chairs to sit in and relax. The pool was right outside our patio area and quite refreshing. The on site restaurant had an extensive menu offering lots of choice. The food was very good! The resort was within walking distance to the beach and a wonderful seafood market. It is common to buy your fresh seafood and have one of the many restaurants prepare it for you! There's a lot I liked about my experience staying at the Naiharn Beach Resort. I'll do my best to highlight the good and the unexpected. First, the rooms are setup more like duplex houses as opposed to a traditional hotel.There are roughly two units in each building. I liked this setup as it felt like a home more than a hotel. The rooms are comfortable - common to Thailand, two beds are pushed together to make a double. I didn't have the problem another guest had with the bed dividing, that said I was traveling solo. The room has a nice small fridge and all accommodations you'd need. The staff is absolutely lovely. I checked in late, after check-in hours due to flight issues, but the bar was able to contact someone to open my room. The woman who came was wonderfully friendly. There was an issue during my stay involving a power outage caused by the construction next door. All I can say is that whatever inconvenience I had experienced was offset by the hospitality shown by management. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Not just that, I truly felt like family and that my pain was their pain. Issues are bound to come up if you travel enough, what matters is how they are resolved. The team showed just how wonderful they were by taking care of me throughout anything that came up. Third, the pool is lovely. Since it's not a huge hotel the pool and setup is a great size. Paradise with an insane view!…

We definitely splurged on this hotel, but it was so worth it, this hotel did not disappoint! We booked this hotel for a couple reasons, mainly, the location: we wanted a less crowded beach than your standard beaches around Phuket. It's a long drive from the airport, like an hour and 20 minutes maybe. However, give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport when you leave, traffic could make it almost 2 hours to get there. We arrived early around 11-11:30am and we were prepared to leave our luggage and not be able to check in. However, we were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready, and not only that, but we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and view of the beach (we had booked the mountain room). The room was huge and the view was amazing! The bed was super comfy and they give you plenty of drinking water. The food at the hotel is fantastic, the breakfast buffet is insane! We also ate dinner at Cosmo on their Wednesday night Asian-themed buffet, which was really good! We also had ordered room service for dinner twice and it was so good! We booked a day trip to the Phi Phi islands using the concierge in the check in area, so convenient and the hotel provided breakfast boxes for us to take. The beach butler is located inside the entrance to Sea Salt. We got beach towels, a beach umbrella and some snorkels, so nice that they supply all this! Best resort in Phuket…

The Chinoiserie Collection Resort and Spa is one of the best resorts I have stayed at across the globe. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are so genuinely lovely and caring and are willing to accomodate any requests you may have!! We booked a day tour and were due to checkout during that day and they held our luggage and prepared a breakfast box for us! The facilities are absolutely stunning. The serenity and exclusivity just made the experience so luxurious and relaxing. We got a free upgrade and my god it was stunning. Our room opened onto the pool and the view was breathtaking. There are lots of places to eat around the area within a 5 minute walk and the beach is so close! The owners were so helpful even offering to take us to some beautiful sunset locations. I can not recommend this resort enough! If you ever get the chance to stay in Phuket, this should definitely be your first choice. I can’t wait to come back!
