Tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only steps from gorgeous canals, cafés, and some of the city’s best sights. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying breakfast by the canal felt straight out of a movie. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with classic Venetian style. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom spacious, and the views… absolutely stunning. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply greeting me with a smile. They made my experience feel personal and special. I left Venice already dreaming of my next visit, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Not only are the rooms spotless but the terrace at the back looking over the lagoon even had a view of flamingos. Also at check out there was a genuine care & effort to help make my onward travel as smooth as possible."

"Great location although I suggest taking vaporeto to avoid the long walk from the train station with luggage. Rooms were extra clean and good size when compared to US standards. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options on the menue. Hotel is in the heart of Venice , making it extremely convenient to explore around."

"Lovely stay - perfect location by St Marc’s square with lovely views of the canal. Great bar and breakfast. Housekeeping perfect. Even has its own water taxi dock."
