"Everything was wonderful! The property is fairly new and it is well kept! The location was perfect for us and is only a few minutes walk to the water bus dock. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices!"

"Location, Location, location, literally less than 100 feet from San Marco Square. It's on a canal with its own private entrance to gondola services. Breakfast included, eggs, bacon, cold cuts, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereals, toast with several jams to choose from, coffee machine with several choices including espresso. Anything you need you ask the front desk and they will assist you, anything from water taxis to restaurant recommendations to shopping. Great bar with an awesome bartender. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a tub with was my daughter favorite thing. Again couldn't be happier. Highly recommend, Stayed July 31 thru August 3, 2026"
