"Went in with low expectations but overall great place. Rooms basic but cute enough and they were clean. Air conditioner made a noise but nothing I couldn't live with."

"The casino floor was a casino floor. Expect to get dizzy from smoking fumes. Front desk staff seemed to be over it but understandable since it was busy. The room was relatively clean but I suggest to ask to have the sheets changed right away. Location isn’t exactly the best. Lots of vagrants in the area. It’s a relative short walk to the Loop and quick uber to the convention center. Overall not bad for an older hotel during a convention weekend."

"There was no breakfast. There was no morning coffee in the room or hall or lobby. One bed was only 3/4 made in our room. Long line to check in if you unable to use the kiosks. But the staff members were very helpful."
