The Loutrel is a very stylish hotel - modern and bright, with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of lovely free snacks, room mini bar with a free cocktail hour each day. We highly recommend and will return if ever back in Charleston.

Awesome stay, lovely hotel, staff brilliant

excellent location, great Hotel with excellent staff, also a great place to stay to explore Charleston without actually staying in the city

Lovely hotel with pool, bar & restaurant. Standard rooms with two queens are comfy & suitable, but not massive, so don’t expect extra space. Decor is clean and pleasant & well maintained but I wouldn’t say it’s very modern. The pool area with sun beds is lovely. The hotel have plenty of beach towels which you can also borrow for your day at the beach. If you book including breakfast you get a voucher which entitles each guest to 1 drink and 1 breakfast entree. Any extras you pay for. ...

The pillows were rough. They folded into a too soft mess.

Great location

Absolutely lovely apartment in Charleston! Had everything you could need. Would highly recommend!!

Hotel and staff were excellent. A fair drive from the Charleston tourist sites but ideal to get away from the bustle of downtown and relax.

Good time

Very comfortable bed, spacious room “, good breakfast with included.

perfect location, friendly staff would highly recommend

Lovely hotel, great location. Typical hotel room, comfortable beds. Very good location for exploring historic district and to get easy access to other locations out of town. Lovely welcome drink & snack! Parking in Charleston is odd! Like local car parks hotel (valet only) charges midnight to midnight so even if only staying 1 night you’re paying for 2 days parking - who checks in and out at midnight!?

Great hotel for the price. Further away from Charleston but easy drive and very close to airport. Beds were comfortable, room big and clean. Air conditioning machine was very loud. Pool small but clean. Hotel would do with some updating but overall we were happy to stay there.
