"We had a great stay. Only suggestion would be better breakfast options. Does anyone really eat that highly processed, artificial Yoplait stuff they claim is yoghurt?"

"Lone Oak Lodge is convenient & very close by to many places I wanted to see —- Monterey, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, 17 Mile Drive, Pacific Grove, Carmel Mission Basilica Church. Only 5 to 15 minutes drive. Stayed here a couple of nights. Reasonable price for huge, clean room & accommodating staff, including the housekeeping. The smell of the room though is too clean! Ingredients of cleaning supplies might be a bit much for people with smell sensitivity. Thank you!"

"The hotel is really pretty, the self check in and check out is amazing, sadly the pool was under maintenance. We’re definitely coming back"

"The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bath tub and shower curtain. No basic amenities like shampoo, kleenex or a hair dryer. I won't be staying here again and I may not go to any Motel 6 anywhere again"

"There is no on site parking. I had to go to a public parking lot before 9 AM every day to pay for the day's parking. It was not expensive, $8, but I had to be up early to get to get it done."

"This was an odd experience for us. When we booked this ‘resort’, the pictures and property details made it seem like this would be a luxury experience. We had an expectation that this would be a chance to unwind, order room service, etc. While the staff was wonderful, our expectations of the property and amenities were not met. The apartment we stayed in was big but was decorated like a timeshare and not stocked with any towels, the hot tubs were dirty, there was no room service or vegetarian options at the restaurant, and we found ourselves wishing we had stayed somewhere else. "
