This was our second visit to Relais Villa Belvedere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location away from the city but close to the highway works nicely. Excellent breakfast!!

The hotel is relatively new, but beautifully constructed and features a roof terrace with some lovely views over the city. We stayed in a Junior suite which had a great amount of space for the family, nice bathroom and featured a kitchenette which after a visit to local Co-op or Conad supermarket, was very useful for breakfasts, and the odd evening meal. The hotel also has a swimming pool area which was nice to use and relax after a day sightseeing. The hotel team were very helpful and...

This property was exceptional. Brilliant layout of rooms, meant we had a super relaxing time. All elements are of the highest quality, from the bed, to the shower to the comfy sofa. The nicest place we have stayed in.

Our trip was superb! We loved the location and the secure parking. The male host on the front desk was more than helpful. Make sure you take up the free bike rental - saves the footwork! We just didn't get the room cleaned or new towels for our whole stay, but we would go back.

I booked the apartment for a two night stay in Florence. The apartment was easy to find on the outskirts of the city centre. The apartment was very well equipped with a kitchen, large bedroom and first class bathroom. Everything was really modern and clean. I really can't fault it. The reception staff were friendly and really helpful. It is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre and you do have to cross some busy roads. Whilst there was a considerable amount of construction going on nearby we...

Right next to Ponte Vecchio, fantastic location and amazing apartment.

The apartment was very spacious and felt very cool inside. Especially when we got the air conditioning working. TV was a good size. And the shower was excellent.

The apartment was really nice
