"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon...
