"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We were in walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"Excellent spotlessly clean boutique hotel. Little bit hard to recognize at 10.00pm at night but staff were incredibly helpful and friendly to us. I would definitely stay here again in Milan.
Only small remark is this location is not very disabled friendly as Lift is up about 6-7 steps from ground floor and is extremely small.
Otherwise 100% on everything else."

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. My entire stay was punctuated with support from wonderful, helpful and courteous staff, who could have done nothing more to improve my stay......until they provided the...

This is a hotel with an extraordinary history. Its link with Giuseppe Verdi is completely unique. It is also just a few minutes walk from Teatro alla Scala. Everything about this hotel is completely wonderful; the food, the staff, the rooms and restaurants.

Wonderful luxury weekend. The hotel's bigger strength is the quality of the service. All staff without fail were warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. I was alone for part of the weekend, and was made to feel very relaxed and welcome as a lone female diner in the restaurant and at the bar before the rest of my party arrived. The hotel is perfect for all, including singe travellers, families, couples. Highly recommended.

Imagine going through a door in set into a very large double set of doors in a small side street. Some may say, unfairly, that it feels like stepping into a prison. In fact you are actually entering a building that has several private residencies and commercial offices - including a laboratory of some kind.
Finding it was a nightmare! If it was not for a very determined taxi driver I doubt we would have found it. When you think "Hotel" you may expect to see its name lit up outside. This...

The whole ambience of the hotel is superb and it is impossible to appreciate all the superb items and memorabilia around everywhere. The staff are totally professional and nothing was too much trouble. A fabulous experience thank you.

Location is amazing, so close to everything. Staff very helpful especially Stefanie.
Although the room was small, everything was fitted nicely but deceptively the bathroom was big and catered for people who need to sit to have a shower.
The disadvantage is the breakfast which is not the best for an Italian hotel. It’s limited but we did have a lovely omelette.

A really nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is easy walking distance to the Duomo and other land marks.
Taxis booked by the hotel arrived within 3mins of booking. Used this service twice.
Breakfast was good. The room comfortable and clean.
No complaints at all. When I come back to Milan I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The name of the hotel says it all, a wonderful small hotel with lots of history and charm!
A former monastery, then converted to a mansion house before a prominent Italian family made it into a hotel. with traditional furnishings and old fashioned service, a look at the hotels web site is worthwhile but it doesn't really do it justice, as it is even better when you are there, it has a lovely atmosphere.

This was a special excursion of culture, food and shopping! Hotel staff were amazing - attended to all my needs: booking Scala ballet tickets, shopping advice and recommending / booking restaurants! I was email with them in the run up to my visit and they were very very prompt. Well done. The room was perfect, I even had a balcony. Breakfast was good, restuarant in-house is smallish. Gym was great. Location of hotel excellent. I can’t recomment enough this hotel. Perfectly priced for amenities,...
