The van Houte coffee maker Keurig was phenomenal option for free for guests and tasted amazing with fresh ground coffee beans. My mom kept getting the hot chocolate and now ordering her own it was that good. We had issues with the noise late at night when going to bed. Kids playing floor hockey in the hallway. Then people above us stomping around and then young women chatting and laughing right outside our door. We had to call reception three separate times before we had enough silence to sleep without disruption."
