"I recently stayed at London Armouries and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind from the moment we arrived. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. Water was delivered promptly upon request, which I appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with great quality and variety. The restaurant staff were also very nice, and our server was willing to accommodate any changes we wanted in our breakfast, which made the meal even more enjoyable. We also used valet parking and the parking concierge were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. We had business outside the hotel, so we did not use the other facilities inside the hotel. However, the location is ideal since it is in downtown London. There are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance, which made it very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would happily return."

"This hotel doesn't seem to have the same standards as other homewood suites. Crumbs on the pull out when we arrived No shampoo. 2 bath towels and a small towel for 5 people The shower head fixture wasn't properly fixed to the wall. Took 6 hours to get more towels. Then shortly after, staff knocked on the door at 9pm with towels for the room down the hall. I imagine 2 is fine for standard rooms but suites that sleep 6 probably need more than that. Shampoo was empty Kitchen supplies did not include enough place settings The pot holder was crunchy and stained. Towels were rarely available at the pool- they only filled a handful at a time The pool was ice cold until it started pumping warm water for the weekend Mold in the mens room near the pool Staff dressed ultra casual- including obscene gestures. Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine. "

"We stay here every year when we come to London for dance competitions because of the large, clean rooms, friendly staff, and hot buffet breakfast that is included with our stay. The staff is courteous and professional, and always willing to help. The on-site EV charger is an added convenience!"

"The property needs some repairs. Parking lot needs to be repaired. Room is clean and somewhat updated but hallways especially leading to lobby needs updating a repairs "

"Pool was clean salt water great temperature and open late until 10pm. No hot tub. Room was very clean and equipped as described. Beds and pillows are lower quality but it did the job for a one night stay. We booked based on low price, pool and located right close to our plans of a great dinner and shopping. Overall it was good and as expected for a budget stay "

"Building is massive but once adjusted it was great. Amazing rooms, staff was amazing at front desk, only downside was that the pool was freezing. "
