"The carpet in the room was horrible. The windows we’re dirty.. The beds were horrible. People had trash and food on the floor outside the rooms. People next door to me were fighting late at nite. Just in all out horrible experience. I will never ever stay there again!!"

"You could hear the people chatter as they walked through the hallways throughout the night. The doors slammed and you could hear them loudly. The walls are far from soundproof. This disturbed my sleep. "

"Surprisingly not bad, near everything. While everyone went to tlTimes Square, we veered left to Hell's Kitchen neighborhood for dining and found wonderful little hole in the wall restaurants. Room is a little noisy from the sounds of the city, but it is to be expected since you're so close to such a popular area. Definitely will stay again."

"Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. The hotel room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. I don't think I've ever said this before, but shower pressure was too much - only downside of the room. Aircon, coffee, towels - everything you need. The breakfast bar (Starbucks) downstairs is great addition and perfect to get a morning coffee on your way out. We stayed the day we checkout, but you can store your luggage until 11pm for $5. Again, would definitely recommend."

"The property was extremely clean, friendly staff and amazing bedding! I’m always concerned about quality and it was such a surprise see how warm and clean this hotel was, so much so that I’m making it a point to look for more Hyatt properties to stay in! Location is fantastic too! Right off of the square and a few blocks from Broadway if you’re catching a show!"

"We were in the back tower. Older. Clean but dated. Elevators were very slow. The casino and market area were nice and fun. Casino a bit smoky but it’s a casino. Comfortable bed. Weird pillows. Decent shower. Overall good for the money. "
