great hotel in an excellent location a 5 -8 minute walk from 2 metro stations. very clean, friendly helpful staff. beacause of the shops and restaurants open in the evening, feels safe. will stay here again

NH Collection Mexico City Reforma
A lot of good restaurants within 20min walk of the hotel. The room was comfortable, and quiet. It was worth the price. Next to a small grocery store for your daily needs

Geneve Ciudad de México
Was fine, expected more! Has a historical appeal but also seemed dated. Felt more 3-star. Would’ve rated it higher if staff had better customer service skills.
