All they said was thank you for letting us know. Like what !? Anyway very friendly people and the rooms aren’t that bad but this just didn’t sit right with me. They didn’t even seemed like they cared."

"The shower in our bathroom was dirty. The drain was filled with dirt. The rest of the room was satisfactory. The staff informed me that I had to sign a waiver and I would not be allowed to have guests in my room. This was very unfortunate due to the fact I only booked the room so my son could celebrate his birthday with his friends. He’s just turning 9. I would have appreciated being told that when I originally made the reservation."

"Breakfast was actually very nice with the oatmeal bar being my favorite! Our room was very spacious and fit our needs perfectly. There was an issue with our room initially but staff handled it professionally and got it taken care of for us. "
