"The hotel was very conveniently located near shopping, dining and the beach. Very walkable and also close to public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe was also nice and had tasty food and coffees!"

"Very good apartment with easy access to lots of local restaurants, beach, shopping centres etc. Only gripe was that garbage bags should be provided, like just a roll of garbage bags to make end of stay cleanup easier. Otherwise, very good. Nice view, great bathrooms, nice pool, underground parking."

"This is the second time staying here and it was just as good as before. The kids had a blast, rooms were comfortable, stocked with what we needed and surprisingly quiet despite kids as neighbours. My kids enjoyed the many pool, tennis, basketball, mini golf and night time BBQ.The only hard bit we found last time and this time is the amount of stairs but not sure that can be helped. The staff at the Deck (im guessing mostly seasonal) weren't the nicest or accommodating this time around. Yes they're working on the tram lines out side the resort but we couldnt hear it and it didnt impact our stay; in fact, were excited for our next stay so we can use them!!"

"The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is in a prime spot and is very safety conscious using Hotel Keycards as gain access to areas inside the hotel as well as the carpark. Ross, at front reception was friendly, helpful and approachable he was lovely. Buffet Breakfast was great and you can request make your own omelettes or eggs. There were some changes to the buffet but you will always find scrambled eggs and bacon for sure. Staff are amazing too. Cathy, who was the front counter greeter all three mornings was amazingly friendly and approachable too. The hotel was clean and tidy, although the king bed may not have been as comfy as I'd hoped but you know what its not bad as some hotels I've stayed at. There is a gym and several pools, as well as a spa and sauna. Eforea onsite offers treatments such as massages, facials..I had two appointments both with the amazing Terese, who was fantastic hands like a goddess. Overall I was impressed with Hilton, its super close to trams so you can hop on and travel quite easily and super close to the beach and there are soooo many places to eat too."
