The room is very spacious, clean and tidy. There is even a washing machine and a dryer in our room hence we could do a bit of laundry the last few days. The hotel is located at the end of China Town, just one block from Melbourn China Town and QV. Totally recommend and will come back.

The property is in a great location However the property needs renovating and cleaning The lobby in the evening has a lots of flies and mice The room needs updating. The carpets are old and dirty. The carpet joining the kitchen area would stab into your foot. The room was dusty and furniture very worn.

Everything needed cleaning. When I turned on the air conditioning it spit dirt all over i told the desk and supposedly it was cleaned but it continued to spit dirt. Everything was dusty and smelled. Again it was supposedly cleaned but it was still really dusty. The person who brought supplies and “cleaned “ left me without towels on two occasions and without toilet paper. Thank goodness for tissues. Coffee, I guess, was to be provided. I got it one day so I bought my own. The coffee maker spit out black slime do I never used it. I was told that it was new and barely used. I reminded them again about the need to clean. And finally, the internet never worked. Apparently there were some vouchers I was never offered. At check out, I told them I felt they owed me some compensation. They said the would get together with Expedia and get back to me. It hasn’t happened. At check out they also said a remodel was planned. I would make sure that had happened before I stayed there. Also this experience was after changing rooms because the first room was intolerable with dust and old furniture. It was depressing. On first glance the second room appeared in better condition but it wasn’t the case

It's a nice room, with plenty of space, in a great location. It has a bath, but the tap wasn't attached to the wall and there is mould and water damage that should be cleaned and repaired. They use some very strong scent that still lingers on my bags.
