Good rates, friendly staff. Wish all the rooms had smart tv’s, but I wasn’t t here to watch tv. Rooms are a little worn. Restaurant has the best Chinese. Knox club across the street has good local food.

Very dirty, flooring is very old and worn out everywhere in the building. Sheets had blood stains on them. Furniture was very old and worn out. Rooms were bare bones and very plain….didnt even have any art or paintings on bare beige walls.

Great Hotel - but ask for a room at the back.

This hotel is lovely - we stay here whenever we visit Melbourne. Usually our room is at the back of the hotel (overlooking the carpark) and it is lovely and quite but this time our room was at the front of the hotel and the traffic noise was very disturbing.
