I made the mistake of booking here over the weekend. The nightclub next door blasted music all night until 6am that it was almost impossible to sleep. The hotel needs to improve its sound-proofing because it is not fair for paying customers to have to put up with the noise levels all night.

awesome service and great location for the price! only thing is that upon checking in they tell you that there’s a nightclub next door on saturdays and it’s incredibly loud until 3am. seems like something that should be made as a disclaimer before booking to me

Decent place, but loud club
It was decent overall, but if you plan on staying on the weekend, a really loud night club called gravity is right beside it with an open air club. It is extremely loud, even with the ear plugs provided by the reception. The bed was vibrating, i was staying on the night club side. Cool view if you're into that but i would kiss a good nights sleep goodbye

World’s Loudest Hotel
DO NOT STAY at this hotel over weekends. The hotel is a nightclub at weekends, and the noise is absolutely ridiculous. They must have zero soundproofing as it sounds like your room is in the middle of a nightclub and the bass shakes your room. I can’t believe they’ve been allowed to have the music blaring until 4am on weekends and show so little respect for paying customers. The hotel itself is actually pretty nice and in a good location for the CBD. Just limit your stay to midweek unless you want to have a private party in your room

Our room was directly over the nightclub next door. We felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the dance floor, it was that loud. Absolutely no exaggeration! The staff gave us earplugs but even they could not drown out the noise. The noise continued until 3:30am. Also, I booked for 4 people and 2 were given a pull out sofa bed with a very thin mattress. We paid peak pricing due to it being a busy weekend in Melbourne and it was such a waste of money as none of us could sleep.
