Best Western Plaza Inn

8/10 Good
"Staff not helpful. The room was nice but there was hair in the bathroom. The air condition was not the best but once we settled down it was okay. It was good for the money tho. It was cheap for a one night stay. The bed was very springy and not as comfortable. But it worked for the night."

LeConte Hotel & Convention Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel

LeConte Hotel & Convention Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel

8/10 Good
"The hotel was amazing and the staff was great. We had a couple of issues with our plumbing and it was taken care of immediately. My only issue was that the breakfast was the same every single day that we were there. And the rooms have limited shampoo conditioner (little tiny bottles). Leave your air-conditioning very low when you leave your room otherwise when you come back it will smell very musty. I would recommend this hotel for families. Great day and great location!"

"The room was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful, especially with the fact that the hot water boiler was down for a whole day which is kind of a inconvenience due to taking cold showers but the next day the staff was very apologetic and gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience."
