"When checking in, we were given our keys and that was it. No information from staff on where room was, what floor we would be on, what entrances were available, no direction. No information given on anything really. Room layout was awkward, with bed and TV cabinet. "

"The pictures advertised on this site must have been when they first opened. Our room was dirty, furniture was in poor condition and we did not feel comfortable sitting on the furniture other than the bed (even this was questionable). Maintenance came the first day while we were out and fixed a hole in the wall but left the trash on the floor. This trash was never cleaned up by anyone including housekeeping. I would avoid this place."

"Front desk female employee who worked Saturday morning was terrible and rude for me to almost think she was racist. Asked her for towels at 2:45 pm and she said uhhhh yeah I will send them and never received them. However, Nina and the male employee who worked Sunday were excellent!!!! Property is not the same from previous stays years ago."

"Room was good value. Lots of good restaurants and pubs walking distance from hotel. Very corporate area and quiet in evenings. Felt very safe walking around at night, even at midnight walking back dinner and drinks."

"Large ants, sharp metal sticking up in the pull out, carpet coming up, tvs didn’t work, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, vent cover coming off, rude children running up and down the hallways, shower not clean, blood (?) stained curtains, heavy drug activity both seen in the parking lot, and smelled in the hallways. "Was advertised as having breakfast on Expedia. When I showed up, no breakfast due to construction! Why not spend a few minutes to update your information in Expedia? If you’re renovating and can’t serve breakfast, update your listing. Bathroom had lots of moss and algae. Not going to this place again."
