"Room was clean. However, the shower was very cold. And they did not give me towels as I requested. Their pool stunk really bad and staff was rude. Only one of the individuals that works there was very nice and I can’t remember her name at the time but all the other staff members were very rude and inconsiderate and treated me and my daughters like we were an inconvenience whenever we needed new towels or soap and shampoo. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The price value was complimentary to the facility. It is in need of an upkeep and renewing of the rooms. The bed is comfortable and was clean but the bathroom, furniture, facility needs some help. The courtyard with the pool seems to be wonderful. It could be such a great property with some tender love. No complaints but know that you receive the value you pay."

"My wife and I have stayed at the Hyatt House more than any other hotel in the Dallas area over the years. We like the comfortable rooms and the much morning coffee and breakfast. As seniors, they have always worked with us in meeting our needs. We recommend them to anyone."

"The room was clean and the staff was largely prompt. While the fitness center being under renovation was a bummer, the property was upfront about the fact. On the flip side, the breakfast spread was fairly inspiring with the only hot veggie option being scrambled eggs. I also found it really odd that they didn't have moisturizer in the bathroom or as a toiletry to request. "
