The property was in a great location with lots of local amenities close by. Very clean. One of the fire alarms was beeping due to a low battery when we arrived, it was late at night so I messaged the team. The maintenance team arrived first thing in the morning to change the batteries and we didn’t have any more issues throughout our stay. Very happy with the response time.

What a pleasant surprise after some crappy hotels in Atlanta and Houston! Mega friendly and efficient staff, free food & drinks when I arrived (really nice too!) and a clean, comfortable room with really good aircon. Can’t fault the place, I was really not expecting somewhere so nice for the money I paid. Keep up the great work!

Great choice if your staying in Austin and want somewhere ideal for a base to explore. Walking distance to everything downtown plus wonderful running trail that you can pick up directly from the hotel entrance. 5, 10, 15, 20k all marked out. Wonderful experience in the mornings! Also great gym and pool with wonderful staff and drinks. 5 star experience and wonderful staff
