What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, and my concierge was always at my beck and call. No request was too small or too much—whether it was arranging for an iron and ironing board to be set up promptly or organizing additional bathroom amenities, everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. "Diamond Hotel is a great place to rest and unwind in Manila. The location is convenient with a great view of the bay. The staff is top tier, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast, all-day buffet, restaurant, and room service are all very good. While the cost may not be for everyone, comparing this to the nearby Conrad Hotel (more expensive), I prefer Diamond Hotel every time."
