"I arrived early in the Philippines and booked this unit for the previous night to ensure I could check in right away. Unfortunately, I was immediately met with a heavy cockroach infestation throughout the kitchen area. I contacted the host right away, but it took several hours to receive a response. Due to the unsanitary conditions and strong, unpleasant odor, I could not stay in the unit and made alternative hotel arrangements. When the host finally responded, they acknowledged the presence of cockroaches and stated the issue had been addressed. However, this raises the question of why the unit was not properly treated prior to my arrival. Despite their claim of regular pest control, the extent of the infestation—including cockroaches behind light switches—suggests a deeper, unresolved problem. I had originally booked a 17-day stay and requested a partial refund, which was denied. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property unless they are comfortable dealing with unpleasant odors and pest issues."

"the Breakfast was probably the best and the reason why I came back. The shower was hot and powerful enough. One minor problem was there was a lot of water on the floor after taking showers. Maybe there was a gap between the door and the floor, but it was minor. I will come back next time for my business trip. "

"The overall state the Picasso was great, except for the fact that for whatever reason the TV didn’t work the following day and they were making insinuations that we broke the TV, … sometimes appliances just don’t turn on anymore for whatever reason, and it was an older minimal quality as well. I told the female manager to call the owner, she wouldn’t do it. I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never been accused of breaking a TV that simply didn’t turn on after watching it the night prior. Be careful when you stay at the Picasso so they don’t do the same accusations to you or at least attempt to. Unbelievable! Who knows, maybe when we went out for breakfast they switched the TV real quick to try to play a fast one on us… Watch out for these guys."
