Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Checked in without a hitch and was even given a free room upgrade. Not my first time staying here and will definitely continue choosing this place whenever I am in Makati.

Location of the property was excellent and very convenient.The staff were so friendly, courteous and very helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when I return to the Philippines.

PRICE - Reasonably priced for Makati ROOM - We were pleasantly surprised at the room size; bathroom was a bit small but acceptable STAFF - Very humble and friendly staff LOCATION - very busy area; one-way traffic so hailing a cab can be a bit challenging RESTAURANT - Food was good, but Service needs a little improvement AMENITIES - Swimming pool was decent sized and clean. Gym was good but a bit warm because the A/C was not working. Our biggest issue with the hotel was that they only issued one key card; it became a bit of a hassle for a family of four. We asked the front desk several times for a second card, but to no avail. Overall, we wouldn't mind staying there again, but it wouldn't be our first choice.

Filipino Hospitality at its best
Hotel staff is excellent from Doorman to hotel front desk to housekeepers. Mahpreet (I hope i spelt it right since her long hair was covering her name plate) went over and beyond. Everyone in the front desk was so helpful, accomodating and super respectful with all smiles. I used to work in the hotel industry and as a guest, it is so welcoming. Thank you to all of you for making my 6 day stay. Location is perfect and safe. Priced right for my studio and later 1 bedroom ( huge just for myself).
