Great staff. Always ready to serve with smile. Lots of food options as hotel has its own 3 restaurants. Across the road are 3 major shopping malls. Very safe and ideal location in Makati.
Room
Is spacious but looks dated. Carpet in the room needs deep cleaning. Staff are very nice and helpful. However, we were very delayed waiting for our belongings that were kept in the lost and found department. Thanks and kudos for the help and assistance of Dennis - house keeper on 4th floor for being honest and conscientious in letting us know that we left some of our clothings during our previous stay. Breakfast needs to have signs as some of the foods were being kept at the back and no one told us that there are foods at the back.
