We checked I. Around 1:30 am. Staff were great! But the room only have half a roll of toilet paper, no hand towels and face towels. No facial tissues either which we needed. We requested hand towels after eating breakfast but we were charge an additional 50 pesos for each hand towels. Facial tissues not available. Room is great but they should have prepared for 3 people for we were charged extra fees for the red person. Should have added 1 more glass and 1 more cup, etc.

Good location but a little tired

Good location in Pasig City, room was a good size but quite rundown. Hot water was only tepid, and no laundry service unless long stay customer. There is a laundry service nearby, but not very convenient for a business traveller. Breakfast was a comprehensive selection. Water spa tickets a bonus if time to try.

The hotel was out dated the room had not been updated including the shower fixtures and faucets the exhaust fan was leaking condensation on our towels and belongings. Other than that the room worked for our needs it was large and had everything we needed they had to replace our refrigerator because it wasn’t working. We have stayed here many times and this is the first time we have not been happy. The surrounding area is full of everything anyone could need.

Then thank you so much, Ace, for your consistent excellence, in the spa's cleanliness and therapeutic effect. It's my 3rd time to swim there. Then it's my first time booking the room and I was also happy. The lowest budget bedroom was beautiful and clean, too. I also so appreciate the free breakfast buffet! Yummy food and great ambiance with warm atmosphere. Also, we left an item there and when I came back for it, the staff had it and gave it to me. Wow at the safety and integrity. Thank you so much. Also, thank you for including the free parking for our stay. We just needed to validate it regardless of how many times we go out and it's still free. Know what, I will definitely come back again and recommend you to everyone. My hubby and I really enjoyed. Keep up the great work!!! :)
