From airport pick up, Privatos ap pick up service was excellent. Wilson waited for us even tho we our arrival was delayed. Porsha at the front desk is so welcoming.The hotel is conveniently near everythjng.MegaMall restaurants etc.

It was nice,clean but the aircon is not functioning well,mainit.the toilet bath smells like septic tank at mayroon small ipis.hindi yata ok un location ng ref kasi umiinit un buong cabinet.lumamig lang nun open ko door ng cabinet.sana tignan nila eto.

Very disappointing!
Experience was horrific! I understand that there are DOT regulations that was set due to pandemic, however, staff were not helpful. The guidelines release by the hotel was not clear and staff are not knowledgeable on what they are implementing. Will never choose this hotel again!
