Very convenient, close to dining and there is a convenient store in the corner of the hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The only reason why i gave it a 3 star is the hallways and our room smells like mold, like water has been sitting for awhile and not drying. Also, the pool in on the top floor so that might be the reason if the smell. The area is great though.

Responsive house keeping to needs for more towels and charging stations. Great foreigners who do not speak the langauge. All staff was polite and helpful and addressed you courteously. Through a skywalk this hotel is within walking distqnce of the airport. Great feature for those with limited mobility.

The flight was late and henceforth i was late in arriving (midnight) and everything at check-in was functioning well. Staf was courteous attentative and helpful. Two people in line in frint of me were obnoxious with the receptionist although he took it with a smile.

Hi there. I booked this mainly because it was nearby the airport and they had a family room I thought. Then when we got there, I realize that the family room is just two rooms that are connected to each other not an actual one room for a family. So for that part, I was a little bit disappointed, but otherwise the staff are very helpful.
