Pretty good property. Close to the airport and Mall of Asia. Clean room, staff was friendly. The only criticism for me is that my room had a distinct scent. It’s not a bad scent or off putting by any means but it’s a little noticeable. Maybe it’s the cleaner or disinfectant that they use. Otherwise, everything was good. While it’s not a 5* hotel, it offers great value. Good experience for a decent price.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Close to groceries and drugstore for last minute shopping. Excellent coffee shop with great food. Also next door to KFC, Mc Donalds and Mang Inasal. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again

We arrived on Sunday night, tired from our trip to Bangkok. and we're expecting to have a good night sleep that night. The blanket on top of the bed had a thick liner and is too thick for my husband and I to use, so I called and requested just a plain flat sheet. After a short while, we were given the sheet. But when we laid it on the bed, we found that the sheet was dirty. We could tell from the looks of it, the color is brownish with some stain and the worst part, it smells. I am sensitive to smell that sometimes it gives me allergy and was too tired to complain, so I just used the towel instead. I had trouble sleeping that night. I thought that is not the way to treat a guest. When I told the housekeeper the following morning, she pulled out the sheet right away and changed it with a clean fresh one. I believe her name is Lyra. The experience was disappointing that I don't think we will consider checking in in that hotel again
